4. Seller Terms
Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. All products must comply with UK trading standards and consumer protection laws. Sellers are responsible for fulfillment, shipping, and handling returns. Commission is charged per sale based on your subscription plan.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment providers. UKClearanceHub does not store complete payment card details. Seller payouts are processed weekly to registered bank accounts.
6. Privacy

7. Intellectual Property
All content on UKClearanceHub, including logos, designs, and text, is our intellectual property. Sellers retain ownership of their product listings and images. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

UKClearanceHub acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UK law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or on-site notification.
